What is Elysium Ventures Fund 1?

Elysium Venture Fund 1 is a founder-led, early-stage venture capital fund and holdings company that invests in high-potential consumer and technology startups with a focus on profitability and intelligent growth. We are democratizing access to the venture capital asset class—historically reserved for institutional investors—by allowing a broader range of qualified investors to co-own and participate in venture-backed growth opportunities through a diversified, professionally managed portfolio.

Who can invest in Elysium Fund 1?

Elysium is open to accredited investors under SEC Regulation D 506(b)/(c) and may also launch Regulation CF or Regulation A+ offerings in the future to allow non-accredited investors to participate.

To qualify today, you must meet the SEC’s income or net worth thresholds—or be a business entity with sufficient assets. We aim to empower emerging accredited professionals who seek to diversify their portfolios beyond public equities & bonds.

Why does venture capital deserve a place in my portfolio?

Venture capital has historically delivered some of the highest returns of any asset class—with top quartile funds achieving 20–30% IRR. By investing in early-stage private companies before IPO or acquisition, investors gain exposure to asymmetric upside that is uncorrelated with traditional markets. Venture class has delivered as much as 1000x returns to investors through transformative, market-creating companies.

Elysium provides curated access to a high-performing portfolio of brands with market-creation potential, real revenue, strong founders, and de-risked growth plans—mitigating common venture risks.

What makes Elysium different from traditional VC funds?

We combine the rigor of a traditional fund structure with the vision and hands-on expertise of founder-operators. Our portfolio companies are handpicked by a team with 20+ years in building and scaling consumer and tech ventures, not just writing checks.

Additionally, our digital-first strategy enables access for investors previously excluded by minimums, network barriers, or legacy gatekeeping.

What kinds of companies does Elysium invest in?

Elysium invests in & operates early-stage, revenue-generating startups across:

  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG)

  • Fintech and digital marketplaces

  • Consumer health, wellness, and longevity

  • Premium & Luxury Real Estate; lifestyle, and future-of-living ventures

  • Select AI and SaaS platforms with embedded consumer utility

We source, develop, invest in and operate companies with scalable models, experienced leadership, and differentiated positioning in their category.

How does Elysium reduce risk compared to other VC funds?

Most early-stage funds suffer from lack of focus and lack of founder engagement. At Elysium:

  • We operate a hands-on venture studio model, partnering deeply with founders.

  • Our startups typically have real revenue, early traction, and product-market validation.

  • We allocate capital in tranches based on clear milestones.

  • Our fund construction includes 4–6 non-correlated portfolio companies, reducing exposure to any single bet.

What is the minimum investment in Elysium Fund I?

Currently, the minimum investment for qualified investors is $10,000 USD. However, we periodically offer lower minimums during private reservations or through qualified Reg CF rounds, with minimum as low as $499.99 USD

Is Elysium a blind pool fund or a portfolio you can see?

Elysium Fund I is not a blind pool. Investors are introduced to our anchor portfolio companies and given transparency into:

  • Current holdings

  • Deal structures

  • Use of funds

  • Go-to-market plans

  • Valuation strategies

This visibility helps investors make informed decisions and increases confidence in fund performance.

How long is the investment horizon?

Elysium Fund I targets a 4–7 year investment horizon. However, liquidity events—such as M&A, secondaries, or strategic buyouts—may occur earlier for select assets. We actively manage toward meaningful liquidity for our investors while prioritizing value-maximizing exits.

Can I invest through my IRA, Trust, or LLC?

Yes. Elysium accepts investments from self-directed IRAs, trusts, corporate entities, and multi-member LLCs, provided proper documentation is submitted during onboarding.
